LexisNexis Offers SEC data and tools from EDGAR Online>Available Via www.lexis.com and www.nexis.com
DAYTON, Ohio - November 20, 2003 - LexisNexis, the global leader in legal, news and business information services, today announced the availability via www.lexis.com and www.nexis.com of SEC EDGAR data and tools from EDGAR Online, a leader in the business information industry, specializing in the extraction, packaging and distribution of public company information contained in SEC filings.
Lexis and Nexis subscribers now have the option of directly accessing an array of SEC data and tools from EDGAR Online including searching across more than two million SEC documents by more than 15 criteria including key word searching as well as basic company and ticker parameters. Subscribers can also view and download documents in convenient formats including Microsoft Word and Excel.
