Lycos to Distribute IPO, Financial and SEC Data from EDGAR Online, Inc.
SOUTH NORWALK, CT, October 5, 1999—EDGAR Online

Online data via a co-branded destination at www.edgar-online.lycos.com/lycos/business
featuring its IPO, financial and SEC data. EDGAR Online

The co-branded site, developed by EDGAR Online,
